According to the information posted by Zaman university (http://www.zamanuniversity.edu.kh/en/node/54), Cambodia, the general overview of the business administration department is as the following.
             The Department of Business Administration aims at the qualification of new staff with general knowledge, alert to the challenges in economics and management, and able to work in the administration of local and foreign private sectors. The student will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge to operate in Cambodia and abroad due to learnt theoretical framework, human resources management, Cambodian economy, accounting, related laws etc. The department’s objective is to qualify new managers, supplied with the field knowledge by benefiting from all the achievements of this discipline at the international level. The first necessary requirement for the pursuit of studies in this department will be the High School Diploma in Cambodia or an equivalent diploma of a Foreign High School Diploma subject to the criteria established by the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport. The Admissions for this department will be defined by the admission exam. The necessary documentation for registration and for admission is explained in the Regulation of Zaman University.

Information about my future career:
            In a business world, controlling data is an important thing for all businessmen or businesswomen because they are the heart of the company. Each firm has its own data which is store differently from firm to firm depending on their particular purpose. Meanwhile, there are some challenges that those businesses confront with such as data collection, data collaboration, data analysis and reporting. However, in the future after my graduation, as a manager whether it is a marketing, human resource, investment or financial manager, I will definitely need to maintain, use the database system as well as face with those difficulty like I have mention previously. In contrast, with the Internet technology, now I could access a database software anywhere I want online via the Internet. Here is two database software that can manage your work easily: Zoho Creator and Teamdesk.
            Finally, database software are good for my future career as a businesswoman because certainly, I will need to keep track of my work like products’ information, customers or suppliers’ information and making reports. What’s more, it is important for me to have my data at the appropriate time so with these software it can stores my data offsite in the cloud that allow me to access to them anytime and anywhere I go. Definitely, I would also need to share information with my employer or employees for collaboration in the future. Thus, with these two database software, it will make my life more convenient.

           Zoho Creator database software:



            Zoho Creator is one of the data software that provides us this feature. It is an online database software that provides the database application to delivery on a single platform (Zoho Creator). Zoho Creator’s HTML form builder provide the users a comfortable user interface for the user to collect and share data. This software is an ideal software for this individual that involve in business activities starting from small businesses to large businesses. With this database software, you can install it at a short time and gain the capacity to control the data online from any places. Moreover, the employees of the firm can create; make changes, update database plus sharing information with other people. Also, Zoho creator is a multidimensional database that allow users to access and data. Furthermore, Zoho Creator bases on My SQL and is a like an online Microsoft Access database online which has come with many features. It supports over 20 features like Data view, Drag and Drop UI, Customization, Collaboration,Business Logic, Data Collection, Data analyzing, Data collecting, Business Features and Alerts and Notifications. For example, the Drag and Drop user interface is very simple, one can use drag the fields that you want from the left side into the right platform. In additionally, data can be views in a variety of ways. For instance, spreadsheet, summary, list, calendar, pivot table and pivot charts as well as on a mobile version including iPhone. To add on, Zoho Creator supports 20 field types such as Text Field - Single Line,multiple line, number, email, decimal, currency, percentage, checkboxes, radio button and more...


Teamdesk database software:


            Another online database software that I found is Teamdesk. Teamdesk is an online database that allows you to make your own business management solution. Teamdesk’s purpose is to facilitate businesses to work with their huge data and information that people are using in their routine work by organizing and storing them in a proper way plus, easy accessible for other people. It is a rational database where there are rows and columns to store your data. In addition, Teamdesk uses Microsoft SQL server. It is popular among business users as it is not only easy to use, but it is also a flexible web base platform to meet the need of your business. Moreover, it is easy to understand, people with little no knowledge in IT can find it is simple to utilize. Beside from that, Teamdesk allow you to modify or choice the templates that you like with a quick start. To add on, if you are uncomfortable with it, you can create your own design with the application. Building A Computer For Business Career

Type of Computer:
Estimated budget: $2000
Parts:
            Motherboard: Asus P8P67 Pro REV 3.0
Reason: I decided to choose this motherboard because it has 7 slots and the bus’s speed is 1600 Mhz. It allows 6 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 external connections, while it’s 3 USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 internal connections. Thus, they do not matter much and it also includes a heatsink.
            CPU: Intel Core i7 2600S 2.8Ghz QUAD CORE 8MB 65W
Reason: Even this CPU has nearly the same features like other CPU but slower clock speeds, consume less power and produce less heat output. Additionally, it’s higher performance, which leads the computer to run efficiently. That’s why I chose this CPU model.
            RAM: Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G
Reason: This Ram can perform the same activity like other RAM in the list; however, it’s much cheaper than the others. Plus, the RAM is fast enough for my computer.
            Video Card: Asus EN210 SILENT/DI/512MD3(LP)
Reason: Since I’m going to build a computer for my business major, there is no need for me to concern much about choosing a Video Card because I do not actually need them. Thus, I’d better use my money in other components. As for this video card, it’s a good choice for systems which graphics power is not paramount determine.
           

Sound Card: Onboard Sound
Reason: I chose this sound card because it is fine with my purpose and its relatively cheap. This sound card has a capacity to support high-end gaming or high quality music but it doesn’t bother much as it’s important think about add-on sound card rather than the sound card.
            Controllers (Adaptor card): Syba SD-PEX20047
Reason:  This controller consists of 2 external USB 3.0 Ports and it can even more speedy if you have a PCI-Express *1 slot. Moreover, we just need to add $32.66 to get it.
            Networking (Adapter Cards):  Asus USB-BT211
Reason:  It’s small USB device where I can add Bluetooth to my computer easily. I chose it because its super-small size.
            Hard Drive: Western Digital WD5000AAKX
Reason: This hard drive suits my purpose as the average computer users. It can perform effectively while producing less heat, sound and run at the proper speed. Furthermore, its capacity is 500 GB.
            CD/ DVD Rom: Asus DRW-24B1ST
Reason:  Asus CD/ DVD rom is god for me as a normal user. It’s able to write and read both CD and DVD. Plus, the users are able to watch the Blu-ray movie and burn it.
            Removable Drive: Atech PR0-35U
Reason: this removable drive has 5 card slots that allow the user to access to the latest media like M2, MicroSD and so on. Additionally, it can transfer data at high speed from flash media for PC or Mac.
           

Case: Antec Nine Hundred Two V3
Reason: this case is functional because it supports several of hardwares and has a lot of space for expansion slots. Furthermore, there are a big 200mm fan on the top and a few 120mm fans on the front and rear.
            Power Supply: Antec CP-850
Reason: This power supply is more efficient and cheaper if we compare it to the other power supplies on the list. It has a unique design with the cooling system.
            CPU Cooling:  CoolIT ECO II-120
Reason:  I would prefer liquid cooling system rather than a fan because I think liquid cooling is more effective in reducing the heat and able to keep the temperate balance.
            Monitor: Asus VE276Q
Reason: I chose this monitor model because it is 27 inches that is large for me to work with my business transactions and it has a Display Port input. Lastly, it is quite fashionable.
            Speaker: Logitech 980-000048
Reason: Firstly, the design of this model is so attractive and it would fit with me black monitor. Secondly, it is better than the built-in PC speaker as it produces high quality sound. Thirdly, it is cheap plus we just add further $ 32.60 to get it.
            Keyboard: Logitech 920-002836
Reason: The reason why I chose this type of keyboard because it doesn’t need a connector. Thus, I can freely move the keyboard to wherever I want without worrying about the connection line, which is annoying. Also, it comes with the wireless mouse.


Mouse
Reason: I do not need to purchase another mouse because it already came with the keyboard as a combo.
            Accessories: SIIG CE-000022-S1
Reason: This remote controller is a useful device as it can perform its function up to 20 feet away. With this remote, you can do many tasks such as zoom, pan, print or control your entertainment options.

Cost according to the website: $2128.99
Conclusion: To conclude, there isn’t a large difference between the budget and the actual price according to the websites. We just need to add $128.99 more, to get a full functional computer that is best suit to business people’s daily purposes.

Review:
    Backtouk sale management software is useful software that is suitable for all small business in managing their inventory in an efficient way. The software is built in varieties of reliable functions that every business need in their daily operating. For example, the stock management allows users to arrange their inventory in separate warehouse, the financial repot includes many distinct repots that suit to a different purpose like a monthly income statement and security sector is where the manager can set the level of other users depending in their duty in the business etc. Beside from that, the software is settled up in two languages, English and Khmer, which make it is easier for those who do not know English.

Pros:
     • A full functional software for small businesses
     • It comes in 2 languages, English and Khmer
     • Easy to use and includes graphic icons
     • Relatively cheap to purchase than other custom software
Cons:
     • The use of the word whether in Khmer or English is difficult to understand
     • The software runs slowly.

Summary:
    I had experienced in using Backtouk sale management software for around 2 years when I helped my parents to operate their little shop. I found out that this software is useful especially for retail businesses in their daily running. In contrast, things do not stay the same especially for software because we have to keep it up-to-dated, At first, almost every functions are easy to use but later it has become more and more complicate. However, it does not matter if we compare it with its functions because now the software can perform multi tasks clearly and more details. Therefore, I suggest that if you are planning to run your own business in the future Backtouk sale management software would be a smart choice.

    Microsoft excel is a spreadsheet software that is used worldwide and recognize by all businesses as a tool in their calculation. It has many features, toolbars and tabs that provide users to input data, work on it and finally come up with vary of results. Microsoft excel allows users to perform their calculation faster and conveniently if you know how to use its formulas. Moreover, we can add charts, smart art, graphics depending on what you want plus users can make their project looks even more professional.

Pros:
     • Fast and the best tool in dealing with mathematic
     • A tools for analysis information
     • Modifies your works into a professional look
     • Simple ad easy to use (formula)
Cons:
     • The limitation of worksheet row
     • Spending lots of time learn how to use it effectively
 
Summary:
    Personally, I do not have much experienced with this software but I can say that this software is useful tool for every business as well as other majors, due to the majority of people’s idea. As we all known, the new release of Microsoft Excel 2011 includes many new features and improvement that even make the users’ life becoming easier and easier. Additionally, we can make change in our project depend on our desire and kooks more specialist. Thus, Microsoft excel would be the best choice for businessmen or businesswomen in making their calculating their financial report, income statement, budget etc.

    Zoho Invoice is known as one of the best method in billing the consumers via the Internet. It is fast and convenient because users can manage, modify and send their invoices online to their clients. With Zoho Invoice, you edit your invoice easily with the template by adding text, changing fonts, colors etc. It is built in many languages and currencies depending on what you use. Moreover, you can keep track on time of each bill and receive an online payment from your clients.

Pros:
     • Users spend less time in invoicing their clients
     • Can perform the task everywhere via the Internet
     • Keeps track of customer’s payments
Cons:
     • Limit number of invoices sending (5 invoices or estimates per month for a free version)

Summary:
    Zoho Invoice is a good tool for small business in keeping track of their customers’ bill by saving people more time to deal with other things and money. With Zoho Invoice application, there is no need to send a letter or pay for post office, they can send it by email to their clients with varieties of languages and currencies. Additionally, Zoho Invoice application is available in App store; thus, all Apple IPhone users can easily download it without cost. However, the free version only allows sending 5 invoices so if you want to send more invoices then you are require to pay Zoho Company. Despite from that, in the future if I become the owner of a medium size company, I'd prefer Zoho Invoice to perform my task in sending invoices to my customers.
